Abraham B. Borden was the father of Andrew Jackson Borden who was one of the wealthiest business leaders in the town of Fall River, Massachusetts.  The town was shocked when Andrew (pictured below) and his wife were found hacked to death in their home.  Their daughter Lizzie was tried for the murders, but was acquitted.  The murder became an international news story.  However, the most famous murder of the century remains an unsolved mystery.  An Abraham Borden autograph is a remarkable memento of one the most famous murders of the 19th century.
