Ceasar Rodney served as United States Attorney in the presidential administrations of Thomas Jefferson and James Madison.  Rodney also served in the U.S. House of Representatives and in the U.S. Senate.  Rodney also secured a position as U.S. Minister to Argentina.  He died while serving in Argentina and is buried in that country
