Charles Bonaparte (1851-1921), a relative of French Emperor Napolean Bonaparte, was also Attorney General of the United States under Theodore Roosevelt. In 1908, he issued an order creating an investigative agency that was a forerunner of the FBI.  This Charles Bonaparte autograph check reproduction is a wonderful mementos for display.
