Clark Mills was the sculptor who created the equestrian statue of Andrew Jackson at Lafayette Square in Washington, D.C.  Mills also created "Armed Freedom" sculpture for the Capital dome in Washington, D.C.   A Clark Mills replica autograph is something to behold.
