EA Burke was was one of the biggest crooks in politics. Burke (1840-1928) embezzled over $1,000,000 in Louisiana state bonds. You might say that he epitomized political-corporate scandal in the 1880's.  An EA Burke autograph is a wonderful addition to a collection of political corruption.
