Frank Armstrong served as mayor of Salt Lake City from 1886 through 1890. Armstrong was a Mormon pioneer who helped finance the famous Mormon Temple in Salt Lake City. His estate was second only to Brigham Young. The Deseret National Bank was once headed by Brigham Young and served as the only Mormon-controlled bank in Utah for many years.
An autograph from Frank Armstrong is a wonderful memento. This Frank Armstrong autograph reproduction would make a great piece for display.
