Hannibal Hamlin was elected as the 15th U.S. Vice-President in the cabinet of Abraham Lincoln, Hannibal Hamlin served the first three years of the Civil War in that office. When President Lincoln ran for a second term, Hamlin was passed over for re-election in favor of Andrew Johnson from Tennessee.  A Hannibal Hamlin autograph is a great display piece.
