James Fair was one of the sensations in the 1890s. While senator from Nevada, his wife divorced him for chronic adultery. On his death in 1894, his will was contested by many "widows." Fair's three remaining children bribed a California Court justice with $400,000 to settle the $50 million estate in their favor. What a guy! This reproduction would look great in an album or display.
