James Kimberly may not be a recognizable person, but Kimberly-Clark is a recognized household name in America. In 1872, Kimberly, Clark and Company was established in Neenah, Wisconsin, with a pooled investment of $30,000.

In 1914, Ernst Mahler, a scientist from Austria, and James C. Kimberly, son of one of the founders, John Kimberly, traveled to Europe where they gathered information about bleached refined groundwood printing paper and creped cellulose wadding.  These two new products had a revolutionary impact on the growth and development of Kimberly-Clark.  Kimberly-Clark is world famous for many paper products including Kleenex tissue and Huggies diapers.

This James C. Kimberly autograph reproduction would look great in an album or framed display.
