Jasper Francis Cropsey was an important landscape artitst who was pat of the Hudson River School. Cropsey had a studio in New York where he resided until moving to Hastings-on-Hudson in 1885. Although he died in obscurity, his paintings are now greatly valued and are present in many major American museums. Cropsey's work is also present in The White House. A Jasper Cropsey autograph is a sight to behold. This reproduction would look great in an album or display.
