Mary Custis Lee was the founder of Arlington House and the wife of Confederate General Robert E. Lee. Mary and Robert married in the family parlor at Arlington House June 30, 1831. Their marriage produced seven children, six of them born in the dressing room adjoining their master bedroom on the second floor. The Arlington House has paintings that were painted by Mary Custis Lee. The autograph of Mary Custis Lee is coveted by enthusiasts of the American Civil War. This Mary Custis Lee autograph reproduction would look great in an album or display.
