Northern National Bank with a beautiful vignette of Chief Bemidji.
Chief Bemidji was named after one who makes a rattling sound. He was born in Inger, Minnesota, and took many trips along the Mississippi where there was an abundance of moose, ducks, and deer. He was the first resident of the south shore of Lake Bemidji and the first Indian to receive white people who settled in the area. His village consisted of about fifty other Indians.
This check reproduction woud look great in an album or display.
