The oldest existing check in the world! This financial document signed in 1653 by Richard Waldron, one of the founders of New Hampshire, is believed to be the oldest existing bank draft. Waldron's wrote this check to Isak Veasey while serving as Speaker of the New Hampshire legislature. He later served as President of New Hampshire.
