Sidney Skolsky was a prominent Hollywood agent, Hollywood reporter for over 50 years, and confidante of Marilyn Monroe. Skolsky has a national syndicated newpaper column and contributed to many magazines. Along with Hedda Hopper and Louella Parsons, he chroncled the history of Hollywood from 1931 through 1981. He introduced such Hollywood terms as "preview" and "take." In 1954, Skolsky became one of the first entertainment reporters to have his own television show. Our photo shows Skolsky with movie legend (and often his date) Marilyn Monroe. A Sidney Skolsky autograph is a show piece. This reproduction would look great in an album or display.
